Returns and exchanges
• A replacement request can be submitted within 24 hours after receiving the item.
• The request is submitted by calling the existing customer service number or via the text chat “Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp” located on the website’s main page, and the status is immediately checked by those responsible for the website, and the customer is notified.
• The item can be returned only if there are defects.
• It can be exchanged if the required size does not match.
• The customer must deliver the item he wishes to return or exchange within 24 hours from the date of receiving the item, making sure that the item is in the same condition without dirt, stains, or any such thing.
- It is possible to exchange the item for another of the same value or more while paying the price difference. If the amount is less, the price difference remains in the customer’s account while ordering again, and the price difference is not refunded in cash or Visa at all.
• The company has the right to refuse the exchange in the event of any violation of the previously detailed return and exchange conditions.
